Islamic Institute Establishes Four New Chapters

The Islamic Institute, in our continuing efforts to become more involved with
the American Muslim community at the grassroots level, has established four new
state chapters across the country. These chapters are headed up by members of
the Muslim communities of their states, and will work with the national office
in Washington, DC, to coordinate activities to increase Muslim political understanding
and participation.

The new chapters are based in New Jersey, California, Michigan, and Minnesota.
We encourage readers in these areas to contact the local coordinator to become
active in Islamic Institute activities.
